Just wondering if anyone around have already SE Noblechairs or a smiliar product?

Given the nature of the Item, the DNA Is the only suitable method.
The cost will certainly warrant a signature on receipt, but as with every SE, there's always a way around It.

I was thinking something like DNA and have drop like a mini shopping mall close to me and ask a store if they can receive it for me. Hard to pull that off? (i'm just concerned because that area is surround with surveillance cameras.

It's not good practice to get others Involved.
If an Investigation Is opened (which Is likely the case), they'll be held responsible for receipt of the package. As such, It will complicate the SE.

I see. What about receive in another address and sign as other person ? I live close to my mother house and she is never there during the day so on the day of the deliver i could just go there sign as someone else when they deliver and then DNA.

She wouldn't involved at all because she isn't there. I would just use my previous address as a drop address. If not what would the best way this method to work?

Just because she Isn't physically there, doesn't mean that she wouldn't be Involved.
As the owner of the property and on the grounds that an Investigation Is opened, she may well and truly be contacted to establish why the package was not received. Moreover, carriers are known to door knock at the premises In question.
