Christmas and holiday season easier to SE ? - xxtripodxx - 12-07-2019

Hello guy's!
I am wondering if by experience, it isĀ  easier to SE some items during the Christmas and holiday season ?
Like Amazon, walmart, best buy, those place that must be overloaded with orders, returns, etc...
I am trying to find the best moment to try an SE for myself to get a new lcd monitor
Any ideas, suggestions? toughts?
thanks a lot!

It most certainly Is.

In terms of companies on a large scale, the Influx of orders and claims during the busy time of year (Inclusive of fulfilling deadlines), leaves little time to "thoroughly" check and process refunds & replacements.

Hadn't thought of this before--good to know. Thanks for posting this Q!

& @mothered do you think this means you can increase volume of SEs from one retailer, like Amazon, if still sprinkling in legit orders?

You can, but only marginally more than usual.

It's always good practice to keep your SEs within their limits, and not overcomplicate matters by attempting to SE a considerable amount In a given time frame.

100%, this is every delivery man's worst period. They're tired, overworked and behind on everything. Companies are aware of the endless possibilities as to how and why you may be missing your package(s), use that.

Any other occasion/holiday period throughout the year where companies are as busy? Apart from Black Friday obviously.

If you haven't made up your mind yet, go for it. Since there are so many orders during the holidays, support doesn't have the time to thoroughly look at each claim.

It depends where you're located.

The Christmas period Is the busiest time of year, however In my locality, Easter Is absolutely flat-out. It's a 4 day public holiday, which means due to the downtime of close of business, certain stores are backlogged with orders.
