Footlocker SE - Dec.vs - 11-28-2019

So I tried to partial footlocker for a light tracksuit about a month ago, I signed the forum they asked me to and sent pictures of the “damaged box” to them. I rang up a couple times complaining that I haven’t received any info on the case in hand. I’ve finally had an email saying this.
“Upon further investigation, the courier has confirmed that the delivery was correctly shipped out with no damage or wight discrepancy.

I understand this is not the outcome you were hoping for and I apologize about any inconvenience caused.
The case opened has been examined as thoroughly as possible and will now be closed without the option to reopen it unless new information is presented. ”

Where can I go from here? What should I say to make sure I can succeed in this SE. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.

I think you shldnt have said the box was damaged as this shows a third party could have tampered with it. If you said the box was fine it would point more towards an in house mistake if that makes sense. Hope this helps mate

This ^

The missing Item/partial method (In this case), Is based on the goods not being picked and dispatched. That Is, a picking error In the warehouse.

Quote:“Upon further investigation..... or wight discrepancy
As I've mentioned countless times, a partial Is always based on the weight of the Item.

If It's too heavy and registers a weight on consignment that's significant enough to cross-check, then the SE will fail- as It did with Foot Locker.

@Reaper786 @mothered i did tell them it was damaged and also sent them pictures. It was a lightweight tracksuit I don’t see how it could of registered.

What was the "exact" weight?

I’m not sure, it was a lightweight basketball tracksuit

Your first issue was stating that the box was damaged. This sends liability towards the shipping company or "third party" stated by the user above me. Footlocker now presumes it doesn't need to do anything to help you. Your final bet is to try and contact cooperate or make a huge scene on twitter, by ranting there about your unfortunate circumstance.

Or you can contact your bank and initiate a charge back, However I only recommend this for large orders.

If all else fails. Just return the tracksuit if you're within the limit.

For future reference, when looking to pursue a partial, always Identify the weight of the Item prior to proceeding.
