What exactly do you need help with?
Most companies operate the same but some may have a different way to pursue when they have to deal with people claiming they didn't receive the package, missing etc. Let us know what item and the weight and the community can further assist you.

They do have a support team, that handles missing Items on receipt of delivery.
If your SE Is calculated and executed effectively, It will succeed.

It depends on the method you're planning to use, which Is based on the nature of the Item.
What Item do you wish to SE, Inclusive of Its weight and dimensions?

I've done partial with ASOS once on two different accounts for large orders and they were successful. I tried again after and one account was closed and they didn't issue a refund, however.
