Help On a refund - InfochiHarry - 08-08-2019

Hello there i am wondering what is the best way to go into this refund. Right now i have £50 paypal and i was wondering what company should i go for, for either a PS4 game or some decent headphones or some sports hoodies. This would be my first ever refund and all help would be appreciated as i want to gain confidence so i could try riskier items thanks in advance.

Take It one step at a time.

Name the Item, and we'll work on the method.

It's your choice.

If you're opting for the game, given It's extremely light and will barely register a weight on consignment, the "missing Item" method Is best suited.

So lets say ill go with that then would i have to sign for it etc? And also would it be there was no disc in the case?

The game could be a really easy missing item SE.
You sign for it as normal etc etc and then get in contact saying you opened it up and there was no disk inside. It will be so light they cant verify it with weight so even though it was delivered there is no way for them to disprove your claim - should be an almost certain successful SE.

Any obstacles, if you push enough you should get through as like I've said they dont have much of a leg to stand on in terms of disproving your claim.
