Which products are known that could be refunded easily with just gathering the S/N and more details from pages like craigslist, ebay

Further to the above post, If you require a serial for a given Logitech Item, let me know.

I also have serials for Asus LCD monitors still under warranty. Bose & HP are also part of the equation.

I've told Logitech the Keyboard doesn't work anymore when I plug it in, even the leds wont turn on and that I've already tried it with other USB ports and another PC.
They told me to follow their troubleshooting, I told them I did that and still it does not work. They asked to send an invoice of the keyboard if I still need help, made one from Amazon online.

That's the problem. In the unwritten laws of se'ing, Logitech and Amazon never go together.

Try again, with a different store.

If so, what was their response?
No response yet. If it still fails I’ll make another invoice myself and try again.

I managed to get a brand new replacement for a faulty item i have without a receipt this week. It was long winded with some push back and they required photo's + a video but in the end i was successful.

Just mentioning as they may ask for similar.
