Well, where do I start? First it depends on if you wish to use this in everday life or if you want to create a career in pentesting and cyber security. For everyday life learning about body language will be very beneficial, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) will also be a very BIG help, even simple things like paying attention to everyday conversations and how people respond to different topics and good or bad news can be good. You can learn a lot and create a lot of assumptions from this in itself. I can glist several books about each of these I have mentioned considering I have a few myself. The things I have mentioned as of now are the basics you should learn first. I can list more advanced subjects and tips as you go on. For a career I have a few books as well since they would be more contextual

Simply put, those new to SEing, I recommend food Items- they're the easiest to SE. Saying you felt extremely sick "Immediately" after consumption, works every time.

Social Engineering is all about manipulating the person or company to your own benefit. There are plenty of methods and it isn't cut and dry. You could call and say you just bought a pizza and felt sick afterwards. Or you ordered a pizza and they got the order totally wrong. There are limitless methods you can use you just have to be creative with it.

Coming back to this post, would they not ask for a order number etc?
