Logitech SE help - Biglad465 - 03-04-2019
Posting from my phone so formatting may be a bit off .
Currently SE'ing Logitech , provided a POP and they are saying all they need to verify warranty is a video of my product issue.
I said : I cannot provide this video due to personal reasons .
Received an email today saying they need it to process warranty . Where can I go from here , any ideas?

As with Images, send them (and keep sending) a corrupted video. Assure them It's working fine on your end.
After a few times, ask why It's taking so long to process such a simple claim.

After seeing so many of these Logitech threads, I am starting to believe that Logitech is now dead in terms of getting stuff for free, easily.
Every request ends in them asking for a video and they continue asking for a video until you send one that isn't corrupted.
Best thing to do is buy an actual real product from Amazon, make the video + serial with case number and then DNA Amazon for the product. Double dip could work very well.

I agree with you that Logitech is near impossible , I'm dead-set on successfully SE'ing them though ever since I heard it tightened up and so many were having difficulties. Regarding the double dip that's actually a nice idea! Two free keyboards effectively.

If your method Is calculated, prepared and executed effectively, any representative can be manipulated and exploited. Sure, some are quite stubborn/adamant and hold their ground, but a proficient SE'er will always find a way to circumvent the human firewall.
