Amazon SE - Camera Lens - Tenney - 02-17-2019 Hey so I just had a quick question - I’ve done SE in the past on Amazon one time with a Kitchen Appliances that was fulfilled etc through Amazon. That was over 10 orders ago and at least 2-3 months back. I ordered a camera lens ($200) that comes next week that is sold by a different party but fulfilled by Amazon Prime. Is this possible to SE since it is sold by a different party and if so what would be the best method for doing it? RE: Amazon SE - Camera Lens - Buffoon - 02-17-2019 I recommend to only SE items "Sold and fulfilled by Amazon", but yes it is still possible to SE items sold by a 3rd party. RE: Amazon SE - Camera Lens - mothered - 02-17-2019 Quote:what would be the best method for doing it? There's a number of factors that determine the appropriate method. First and foremost, what's the weight of the camera lens? I was going to suggest the "missing Item" method, however It's a little too heavy. You can opt for the "wrong Item received" method. RE: Amazon SE - Camera Lens - Tenney - 02-17-2019 Do you think this would be a viable option even though it’s sold by xyz but fulfilled by Amazon? I’m worried about / wondering if the process is harder or more tedious when it comes to things like that. If an item is sold by a 3rd party but fulfilled by amazon, and amazon for whatever reason fucks up on the order the 3rd party still gets paid. Amazon takes the hit. But if the item is sold and fulfilled by a 3rd party thats where things get tricky because, people like that don't handle thousands of orders like Amazon and theres a small margin of error on their part. PLEASE dont do this to them, only do this shit to items fulfilled by Amazon. RE: Amazon SE - Camera Lens - titchyyyy - 02-17-2019 Yeah, you're fine because it's fulfilled by Amazon, so it'll be Amazon taking the hit. But in future, to be 100% safe, always go for an item that is sold/fulfilled by Amazon alone. Whilst I don't mind SEing a company like Amazon or Nike, I'd never try and do the same to a genuine small business / seller. With your subsequent SEs, It's best to target Items that are sold and dispatched by Amazon per se. RE: Amazon SE - Camera Lens - Tenney - 02-17-2019 I know you stated above that the wrong item method would be a good one for this. Do you think it’d be better than DNA?
