Hello, I've refunded 2 orders on my Amazon UK account, I don't want to be fishy so I was wondering if I ordered from another amazon, like .de or others , if I use the same adress/name and payment would I be linked to my UK account ?

You responded to yourself, yes they will be linked because they will both have common information : name and address

I live in an appartment so you realy think it would be a problem to have the same adress ?

My first one was 2 month ago, and the other one a week ago
Just a week is a realy short time so that's why I wanted to know which method would work the best. What if I put the name and adress of a friend so he can take the package for me but with the same payment method ?

I think each site will look at it independently. My .ca refunds in the past did not affect my .com refunds at all and it was the same account used with the same billing address.

How did you know it didn't affect it ?
How many refund did you have on the .com account to switch on canada ?

One week Is too short to perform another SE. Wait another week or two.
The method always depends on the Item, so what exactly are you SEing?
