Been trying to se a megablast speaker and they have just asked for a video of my device showing serial and case number and my name
Am i pretty much fucked?

Hmm maybe with the name. But filming product and SN shouldt be that hard.
Might ask for your profile og the computer, since you have been scammed before and are afraid of they have product in hand. Be creative

Like @mollynation said it shouldn't be that hard.... If you're trying to SE a company then SE someone into giving you what video you want.

I had gotten in touch and told them that i couldnt get my speaker to turn on at all
They asked for a picture showing the device and handwritten note with my name and case number so i photoshopped one now they are askig for a video

As with Images, send a corrupted video and keep doing the same each time they request It.
