So I have to tell them I received another item instead of the monitor of the same weight?

If I may answer the above post.
In other words, the "wrong Item received" method. Purchase a stock Item that's significantly cheaper, and weighs roughly the same as the monitor. No doubt they'll request It's return, so send the wrong Item and receive a refund/replacement on the monitor thereafter.

Choose standard delivery, then say item not received, if they 'investigate' let them, if that doesnt work say the item was hidden from you by your neighbour or friend and say its empty.
