Refunding Target - supapolice - 02-03-2019
Hey I'm planning on refunding a nintendo switch from target. A few questions though.
1. Do I use a new account?
2. Which of these methods do I use, DNA, Wrong item, or broken inside
3. Should I pay with Paypal or Debit?

The payment system Is Immaterial.
The DNA Is more so carrier-based, hence will suffice with just about any company and Item. If you're using the wrong Item received method, be sure to purchase a stock Item (via a different account altogether, or from another store/company) that's significantly cheaper and weighs roughly the same as the one you're SEing.

I call them 24 hours after it is marked as delivered by fed ex. Then I ask if they forgot to send the item to me, they will say no and then I will say I haven't got it; and that I had asked my neighbors if they saw it aswell. (will be fake signed if I have to sign)
