Partial refund Zalando - WaluigIsHere - 12-31-2018

Hey, I ordered these two for 279€, that's my first command on the website and I'd like some help with the SE.

I'm planning to tell them that I received the 80€ jacket but didn't receive the most expensive one ( 200€ )

You think that it will work ? What are your advices ?

Do they check the weight when there's a request like that?

Hmm, Zalando is relatively easy, I would have recommended even adding a few cheap t-shirts or something and saying only the expensive jacket arrived, but its worth a shot.

Thanks for the reply, what about the weight problem? If they see that the weight match perfectly these two items, what should I say ?

Packages are weighed on consignment so If the weight Is significant, the SE will most likely fail.

Opt for the DNA method.

I have done a lot of refunds from Zalando, it depends, if you didn’t sign for the parcel or fake signed then DNA otherwise try partial.

OK so if the package fit in my mailbox or if I don't get to sign anything the DNA would have more chance to succeed than the partial refund?

If the partial refund doesn't work, should I try to solve the issue with PayPal by opening a claim?

Zalando will reply to a PayPal claim I think never had to take it that far as partial or DNA always works Smile

Did you call them or or did you send an email what's the most efficient to you ?

And does the SE depend on the price of the order too? For instance mine of 280€, is it reasonable to you?

I usually call, I can do the refund for 12% if you refer to my service. If you don’t want to attempt yourself.
