Refunder Abandoned Me - What do? - GreatLimbo - 12-19-2018
I had someone working on a clothing refund for me that was signed.
I know they contacted them once because I got the notification that a ticket was opened and they told me when they did.
Now, I've had no further updates from the vendor and the refunder has gone dark.
I have no idea what "method" he attempted to use or what was said but he promised he could avoid investigation... Couldn't even imagine what was said.
I've never used a refunder before and the only reason I even attempted to was because they promised no investigation... what a waste of time... I'll continue to do things myself for now on. It seems like everyone operates with the same flakey as patterns in this realm and this guy just made my life a hell of a lot more difficult.
Now, on to my REAL question... Could I call myself and attempt to finish this? Are they going to know they're talking to 2 different people and expose me?

They could know through the differences in your IP and the other persons IP unless you're both using a VPN or something. Did you pay for a service for somebody else to do this? I wouldn't contact them without knowing what was said beforehand. You'd literally be guessing and come unstuck if they asked you to explain what had happened. Just give it a few days and keep contacting the person who contacted customer services. But as a last resort just ring them or email and try your luck. You could just say "You already know what's happened with my order, what is the latest with this please?" then that way you might not have to try and guess what reason the person had previously given.

You're going to have to assume the role of the refunder, so It all depends on the Information he/she has given to the company. Do you have any details of the refunder?

You could try just asking an update for the case and when they tell you still working on it, just ask what was submitted you will be provided with the method the refunder was trying to pull off, also please provide what site is it someone might help you out or guide you if you do share this info.

It's Uniqlo and it was a full refund.
I really want to return the order but I have no idea what he told them!! He was going for a full refund without investigation...
I figure he used some dogshit method like "I had an allergic reaction to your clothes" or some shit

Plead Ignorance, tell them that you've lost track of where your claim currently stands and SE them to obtain Information to help Identify the method used by the refunder.
