I did not pick a item yet, but I'm thinking about a 300 EUR item and hope they won't care too much about it. A plus is that they will use international shipping I guess?

300 Euro Is not considered a high value Item, so you should be fine.

Bear In mind, you need to consider the weight of the Item- there will be a record on consignment.

I was thinking about buying some new shoes about £500, should I do partial or dna and is that too high to try an se?

£500 Is fine. I've SEd Items > 1,000$ without Issues.

As mentioned above, the DNA Is predominantly carrier-based so It's considered a universal method. In terms of a partial (Item missing), you must take the weight of the Item Into account. The package Is weighed on consignment.

Any Item and any "realistic" value can be SEd.

However, the higher the cost, the more susceptible It Is to possibly raise suspicion and warrant an Investigation. It all depends how well you've prepared and executed your method.
