I agree with Oxnan, at this point it is going too far for amazon, retrying could be the easier option.

Just the money in general. I bought two Simple Mobile refill cards for $50 each (Unlimited Plan for 2 months on T-Mobile's network) and a PS4 controller for $42. Total order is $164.72 because of shipping.
However I might've got them on this one. I basically told Amazon that "I contacted UPS and they did a trace on the package and found it" Then I claimed that the two cards didn't work (many ACTUAL reviews say that they weren't scanned and have had to be returned. Verified purchases with 1 star. Then I claimed that the PS4 controller didn't work because it wouldn't turn on, possibly due to the battery. Hell, I still had the cards and a broken PS4 controller to put in the box with the original packaging so it probably would work even if they checked the box. Doesn't hurt to try I guess, I won't be losing anything for myself.
I'm still backing out after that one though, account is obviously toast and I'm only doing this because it (MIGHT) work. I have my doubts. I'll report back if I get anything.

I didn't want to take that route for sure, filing the police report would mean an entirely different beast. I'm sure that they have better shit to deal with than missing packages but you never know. My account was in good shape about two months ago LMAO. Went from refunding a year and a half old order from barely being able to refund something recent. I know I fucked something up but knowing is half the battle, just have to play my cards differently next time. Not mad, just humble.
Went from the "Where do you want your refund to go?" to the TOS nonsense where they claim that you accept the risk of your package being lost if you make orders. Pretty sure they have me out.
