Which tech companies have you made good experiences with only SE ( not buying an item not boxing just writing )?

I was about to say if you're going down the refund route - Bestbuy, Newegg etc. are easy

I recommend Lucidsound, took like 4-5 emails and they sent a new one. Also SS, and Logitech are pretty easy.

Provided you've done your research and prepared, formulated & executed your SE accordingly, "anyone" can be SEd.

In answer to your question, Logitech Is one of the easiest.

Where are you based? Logitech is most definitely very easy in US however if you're in Australia it's more difficult however still boxable Tongue

I live in Germany, made bad experiences with german supports.
Always get asked to return the item.

Do just that by boxing them.

Most companies will request something- the Item returned, a receipt, Image and so forth. You need to be prepared to deal with such requests.

I'm still trying to get a wheel from them, its kinda hard to box that since it weighs too much.

Be sure to document and update to help others out too.
Did they offer a refund option? or was it replacement only?

They only offered replacement.
