I used my real account with real details for the first item and used an other device to create the fake account for the second item and for that, I changed name, address, phone number, VCC. The problem is when I choose the relay point with the second account, Amazon send me suspicious mail....

Finally, I received the suspicious mail from Amazon for my real account too. I don't understand..

@mothered I contacted Amazon and normally they will unblock in a few days but don't you have advices to resolve this problem? I'm really blocked to do WI method with amazon despite your advices..
