alright, so im planning to buy 5 items in one order around 100 euro and one item around 750. but would i just be able to say the expensive item was not included in the package/packages i recieved or would i need to do a smaller item worth less?
the package is a PC graphics card so its not very large but not small either

EDIT: all products sold and shipped by amazon. 4 orders this year 1 last year. DNA'd 1 item worth 30 euro about 2 months ago
Also if theres a way DNA would work again without any issues id gladly ask back full amount

Drama is the key: "the damn thing caught on fire, firefighters were alerted by the smoke alarm, the smoke made me and my family feel sick for days, my wife didn't want anything to do with it, firefighters instructed me to dispose it by calling a special waste disposal service...".
Your health and safety were at grave risk and you felt compelled to throw it away/hand it over to specialists in waste disposal.
A refund is the least Amazon could do for you, here and now.

so best is to let it arrive wait a few days/weeks, then create drama with amazon .
is it possible to not do it over phone tho, i dont feel comfortable calling them.
