I'm booking a ticket there bruh, in the UK we sometimes get OTP for things worth 60.. 💀

god damn man thats insane, but if theres no otp, would peb or DNA work in your experience?

I've only done PEB once in my life and failed, but remember that's me + i'm still pretty new to SE'ing. I'd imagine DNA could work, expect a police report request though.

ah id hate that ill probably go for a smaller item then worth like 250 max just for a little higher trust rating

Drama is the key: "the damn thing caught on fire, firefighters were alerted by the smoke alarm, the smoke made me and my family feel sick for days, my wife didn't want anything to do with it, firefighters instructed me to dispose it by calling a special waste disposal service...".
Your health and safety were at grave risk and you felt compelled to throw it away/hand it over to specialists in waste disposal.
A refund is the least Amazon could do for you, here and now.

is it possible to not do it over phone tho, i dont feel comfortable calling them.

You pick your favourite contact method. If you're best at chatting, then chat your way to your refund

ill probably start doing a 250 euro item since i still am new to SE'ing and have only used other methods and since that isnt the biggest value in the order trust wise it might increase the success.
