You can burn a liveCD (or dvd) with the ISO using imgburn or make it into a bootable USB. Usually a liveCD copy will have a link on the desktop to install the OS so you dont have to use a disk every time. There are plenty of tutorials out there, and ubuntu is very good because of its broad community. Get friendly with Google!
