I was thinking about getting either a Motorola Moto 360 (1st gen) or an asus zenwatch 2 I am not sure witch one to get what do you guys think.

First and foremost, what's your budget and expectancy of the watch?
For example, the Motorola Moto 360 Is more expensive, and may may/not have the functionality you're after. Weigh the pros and cons of both (price-wise & features) and see which Is suited to your needs.

$300 is my budget and I want more for a notification center on my wrist so as far as features go stuff like heart rate monitor aren't important.

not a huge apple fan but thanks and the the leather band on it is pretty nice

You should look at the LG urbane. It has a slick look as well as .2 GHz over the moto 360 and better battery life.
