what reason should i use for my paypal refund

Bout to order stuffs from bestbuy for about 10k for paypal refund, products in the cart are a swtich, 6 iphones and an airpods, i know "item not as describe" is definitely the reason i am using since i am going for the paypal ftid, should i just say bestbuy sent me the wrong model of iphones, swtich and airpods? or should i use something else? thanks

Logically and realistically speaking, what are the chances of a picking & packing error on the same order with each and every Item - 8 In total?

Does it matter if you are doing FTID? you are just sending back something that will be lost. You can also claim you just want to return the items no?

yeah they're not gonna pack 10k worth of items incorrectly... 10k is not really easy to do, they will investigate extremely thoroughly.
