I just take this sorta thing up with the FBI. If you've already visited these sites and they do manage to shut down said site, the FBI might get the wrong idea. Along side with that, if you've attempted to find vulnerabilities on a site like that, you've got even bigger problems. Just because you're using TOR doesn't mean you're safe.

yes I know that. I do use a VPN when I am on the dark web.
My IT skills that I know perfect is SQL, HTML ,css ,wordpress, PHP.
coding skills that I know is Java, JavaScript and C#
