I bought the TV from Amazon and the manufacturer is Sony there was no verification at all

There was nothing to verify person-to-person delivery (signature or OTP), so they'll basically rely on the driver's word - which holds no value.

I was able to refund, all I had to do was create an incident report and then I got refunded. Thanks' for the boost of confidence.
