hello i decide to SE some sunglasses from a ottica SM an italian glasses store...so i ordered they send the package with dpd and then dpd forward the package to my local courier....so after i received my item i got an automatic email that says order delivered after that i concact them via email and told them that i got an email that says item delivered but i havent receive anything. they told me that the item was delivered(they send me the track info) and if i say that i havent received the item we should open dispute with the carrier which i agreed...i told them that i ve seen the tracking info but still i didnt received anything. after that they send me a proof of delivery with a signature (btw the delivery guy just scanned the package and gave it to me i didnt sign anything) . i told them How does this proof that the package was delivered to me??? I wasn't even at home at the time of delivery!!! I really don't understand and this is the last answer i got from them:

if the signature is not yours, you must complete a signature disclaimer form to retaliate against the courier.
Can you confirm that it was not you who collected the parcel?
