I just received my steam deck refund for the 64gb

Here is the proof: "Since your original package appears to be lost or stolen, we will need you to provide us with another address that will enable the carrier to perform a more secure delivery.

If you’re unable to provide a secure address, we recommend contacting the carrier to identify secure carrier locations where your package can be delivered and held for pickup. Note: Options may vary depending on the carrier and your location.

Without a secure address, we will need to issue a refund for your purchase instead of sending a replacement.

Please respond once you’ve identified a more secure address."


So how do you get this response for a refund? Please always stay kind and professional when speaking to the steam deck team, dont rush the process by asking updates that will piss them off cause remember they are basement kids. You're steam account must be aged 2 years minimum, if you dont have a aged steam account with some games I suggest buying one for around 5-10$

Make sure when the delivery man comes you are outside on the street the moment he pulls up and quickly run and grab it. If you live in a estate/flat if you buzz him in quickly run to the stairs or lift and grab the parcel and go back up, what the delivery man does is take a pic of the building and not your door also if they ask for a name just say any 3-4 letter name like MIK, ANT, PETE.

Some people will be successful with DNA some people will be unsuccessful ageed or not

But not everybody has several exact same things so it's not completely accurate
