I have ordered a pair of pants, pants weigh around 1kg ish.
last time I hit ssense it was with DNA, and got the refund 2 days later. it was a pair of boots and weight around 3 kg. in Canada, so wondering if I can use the same approach

within Canada they use Canada post, which leads to parcel left in the porch

They denied the refund when I tried DNA. Did a chargeback instead. Waited weeks for ssense to conduct their investigation and they said they weren’t responsible.
