Yes, kg.
Too heavy for both boxing (In It's raw state) and the missing Item method.
Quote:I cant do wrong item since they have high value items which i'd need to buy. DNA seems not too hopeful?
Who's the company? If you don't wish to disclose It, that's fine. I'm just trying to establish whether they stock a significantly cheaper Item.
In terms of the DNA, what type of ID did you provide? Photo ID, or just family, given name and date of birth? Also, did they take a copy, or only document he details?
Just some details to match, they filled in 2 or 3 boxes, i didnt get a clear look, provided driving license. They provide internet connection and tv provider, not 'virgin' but close. They didnt get a picture or copy.
I waited a good 2 weeks before i got the item, so i would think they are probably running low on stock or just stock low quantity, cant say for sure. The item is what you consider not android so quite high value.

This Is getting a little messy, we need to work out a method. What's the weight and dimensions of the Item?
In terms of your driver's license, given they did not document the details, they have no grounds to solidify It as proof of ID. As such, as far as you're concerned, It wasn't "you" who received the package hence the DNA method will work.

They did copy details from the id, but didnt take a picture. 1.09kg roughly 15x8x10 cm. Just a few cm higher than the items dimensions.

If they've documented the details of your ID, It'll be quite difficult to use the DNA method.
It's too heavy for the missing Item method, and boxing requires a weight substitute (example, dry Ice). As such, you can opt for the wrong Item received method.

How to execute wrong item for this? perhaps put in something else than the phone and seal it?

Correct.
However there's no need to seal It. You've already checked that It wasn't the Item that you've ordered, hence sealing It (as per It's original state) Indicates that the contents haven't been opened.

I think sealing it would be the better option with the plastic packaging. Also it is a monthly paid item.
If i were to completely replace the phone box as a whole and put in something else in place, what would be a good option?

Then how do you explain that you've received the wrong "Item" without opening the box?

Any "stock" Item that's significantly cheaper, preferably from the same company/warehouse by using a different account altogether.
As such, when they scan the returned (wrong) Item, It will show as being part of their Inventory.

Better to not let them know ive received the wrong item and just return it?

As such, what method do you plan to use?
