opened it in an audio editing software then i applied sonification techniques and saved it back as an image file. you can actually listen to the image files too. most sound really fucked up but some sound kind of cool. this one sounded like a helicopter effect kind of

I think you been watching some BONES visuals and your monitor really liked it.
For real probably something wrong with the monitor itself or graphics card or as @Oni said if you Photoshoped it then thumbs up for you
