@gerda380. My mistake, I didn't mean to take what you were saying out of context. Though I will say, I strongly suggest you don't ftid them, because when dyson carries out a investigation with the carrier, they can see via cctv that you did not return what they requested. You are better off doing the disposed of faulty item method.
