If you're referring to a matured account, then yes, It will hold more value than a fresh one.

and btw they always ask for ID, so better to have a forged id or use friend address/ID?

It's not good practice to get friends and the like Involved- they'll become part of the SEing equation, hence may complicate matters.

As stated In my previous post, use a drop.

sure i can use a drop address, nut everytime i dna, they ask for my ID, so even if i create new account a age it, i will have the same id,
then i will need a forged id i guess?
