The shipping package have a factory seal with shipping information and there is another seal with a bar code and a number

I was thinking of using the Faulty Item Method but im not sure if Amazon requests product to be sent back

They'll most likely request the return.

In such a case, use the disposed of the faulty Item method or If It's small enough to box, do exactly that by substituting the Item weight with dry Ice.
