You're welcome.
Do note, that you have every right to ask for a copy of anything you've signed for.
So I talked to them, but they told me that there was my real signature on the package, but that's impossible, and they want the police report anyway so I don't know what to do now...
Did you request a copy of your signature?

So I understand, I just made a P with lines

Yes, but they didn't give me anything, even by forcing, they just told me that it was signed by the name of the account, quoting it

Tell them that In order to get the police report, you need a copy of the signed document. Be adamant and If need be, escalate the matter to a senior level.
Their refusal to provide It, Is an admission of guilt.

They refused, so I'm trying to box them, I asked for a return and now I'm waiting.

Obviously their claim of your real signature being used, Is not true to their word.
Please reply as developments come to hand.

Where are you located? Chances your local police would investigate are slim to none, I would've maybe filed it online tbh.
