Hi bro's, just ordered a €150+ perfume and took the warranty in case of lost package. i want the perfume for free, should i DNA and request refund? I dont want them to offer me only a replacement and their policy is a bit unclear about this.. also whats your preference when choosing between gls and DPD shipping?

There is no "just do this and it works in every situation for every store".
What is the stores policy for DNA?
Go read the return or FAQ section on the website they usually say what they do if something is lost in the mail.
