paypal claim dna #1
do real people at paypal check the tracking info?
I am doing a DNA claim where the pod picture is simply the driver holding the parcel infront of the grass, the store sent the tid and I've heard that paypal usually just sides with the seller but if someone checks the tracking info will and see the pic will they side with me?
It was shipped by dpd so GPS tracking is also available as proof

Along with GPS/tracking demonstrating the delivery address Is correct, the evidence above Is enough for PayPal to side with the seller and deem receipt of goods.

I know that It doesn't confirm "you personally received It", but unfortunately PayPal's Interpretation Is quite the opposite.

Should I switch the case type to SNAD or EB then? I have claimed DNA on emails so if they send that over to paypal they'll know I'm a scammer. The store directly refused any refund despite not having any evidence of it being delivered, I can't lose this amount of money.

Either of the two will suffice - the wrong Item received or the EB/missing Item method.

Paypal have responded and said that they need more information by sending them a affidavit, they company has never provided me with one so I'm assuming that I have to make one myself?
Is it safe to do so?

Ask PayPal about the requirements.

It may only be needed to move forward with the claim, but given an affidavit Is legally binding, I always suggest not to sign It.

Ultimately, It's your call.
