A month ago I've tried to refund macys by doing eb. I was refused and told to contact paypal for refund.
Then I tried boxing, but it did not work as they did not accept my return. Would i be calm doing a paypal claim?
Will paypal check the weight and stuff, or will they go in my favor, if I showed the response I got?

PayPal always supports the customer, even more when its against a company seller and not an individual. However, if they company have good records that justify the delivery of the goods. It would be tricky for PayPal to help you. Therefore, you should justify your excuse with as much evidence on your favour. Include evidence that highlights flaws of the company, e.g. mismanagement, mistreatment., etc. That would supply good reasons for why PayPal should be on your side. Then you should be good.

Thanks, they were very frustrating to contact, kept telling to wait 2 days for like 5 times. I will definetly try to do it.
