Just ring them, say the box is empty, the guy will be like "oh okay, im gonna send you a form to fill via email" ( just act stupid) he will ask you to print it and sign it and send back via email, refunded the next day.
When I called them, they sounded really depressed LOL... like dude wife just died or somthing.
Not sure if you can do larger amounts or whatever, but ill stick to 1 item, no ID or anything required.
