Upon checking, we cannot process a refund in these circumstances as we have not received the returned item(s). Once we receive the item[s] in line with our Returns Policy (which can be found on https://www.nike.com/gb/help/a/how-to-return-eu), we will process the refund and contact you again. Ftids have worked for me last month with Nike but once again on an account with several small cheap orders first and I'm not sure if you guys were using aged accounts or not. I also did Normal FTID, not LIT FTID.
