I need c & c++ projects list son i CAn hang out more with c & c++.
It'd be great if someone provide me a list of these projects.

I am good at conditional statements,array,looping,operators and i've to learn pointers & file handling concepts.

There are a number of discrete math theorems (such as the 4 color theorem) which you may be able to solve. If this doesnt interest you then I would suggest building and coding something. For example there is a project known as the LED coffee table project where the table is made from acrylic and LEDs and is programmed in embedded c++ on an arduino. It isnt as hard as it may seem, initially these types of projects have a learning curve, however as you go along they get easier.

If this interests you I could generate specific ideas along these lines.
