Any advice on a camera kit from ol(y)mpus site.. they take paypal so could do a dna and dispute with paypal?

PayPal should always be used as a backup- when all else fails. If It comes to that, you can use the SNAD. And If that fails, perform a chargeback via your credit card provider or a bank reversal through your merchant.

In terms of the DNA from Olympus, establish If the carrier Is accepting signatures and If not, whether photos are taken at the delivery point.
