In order to help me verify the issue, please be so kind and send me the following screenshots of:
1. The entered key before the activation (with your library in the background);
2. The error message (with your library in the background);
3. Your Steam licenses and product key activations page (Click on your account name in top right hand corner -> View Account Details -> View licenses and product key activations);

Please make sure that the screenshots are unedited and that the whole screen (including your taskbar with time and date) is visible.

so i did that and he pointed out that some games in my libary are not in my Steam licenses so i said its my friends account and im not going in without permission since he is out at the moment
so they said ok take a picture of your friends Steam licenses and then we will look into this further

any ideas on what i can do?

Im not an SE pro, but I do believe that SE'ing CD keys can be very difficult as each part is tracked unlike an actual order.
It'd be easier to SE a physical copy of a game, CD keys can be difficult.

Just make a new steam account and show a screenshot with the key not working. If needed use a little bit of PS

becuase the first rep
pointed out that some games in my libary are not in my Steam licenses
is there anyway i can make my 2nd account only show games that i have bought?

I'm trying to do Kinguin too. What exactly did you need to photoshop? What was the biggest hassle for you?

[/quoi only needed to photoshop bc he said my games were not in my licenses so just photoshop your steam licesnses to the ones that show up in your libary on you 2nd account
