Hello, i keep getting investigations for my amazon orders. It's really annoying, my post office did not react to the investigation and now they opened another one for the same order i will be waiting almost 3 weeks for this. How do i circumvent the investigations in the future? I would like them to instantly send a new item. Thanks for your time!

The first thing you should’ve done is denied the investigation. What you can do now is call the post office directly to see if there is a tracer on your package (assuming you use dna), calling will always makes things go faster. However constantly calling will catch some eyes and they might investigate you further. People who investigate these claims don’t want any more time added to their job so try and not seem suspicious. But since amazon presumably opened a tracer, you must have sparked some sort of suspicion with the rep or something.
