Hi y’all. I’ve given up trying to work out how to SE an iPhone I was scammed out of. Just wanna re-coup £900 I lost / SE an item of similar value.

Any thoughts on this:
- Purchase a decent iPad on ebay in ‘open - unused’ condition
- Raise dispute under ‘item not as described’ on grounds ipad received was different to that advertised
- Raise return and send back crappy old ipad instead (same size /weight)

Is this floored? Assume if it’s cellular the seller could still blacklist the one they send using IMEI tho. Is that right?
