Does anyone know the weight of the new ipad pro in the box? Doing amazon currently and need the weight

it means the weight when it is given to the carrier, hence shipping weight.

No.
It's the shipping weight that's the most important.
They don't have time to weigh all of the products taken out.
Because they might get a different weight for ambiguous packaging( box in box)

okay i see thanks sorry for late reply. i have a book which is roughly the same weight i should think so if i put it in the box the shipping weight will be the same as if it were the ipad inside?
edit: i should mention the dimensions of the book arent the same but the weight should be i believe
