hi,
I'm looking for guidance on creating a tool that can send a packet containing login information to a website and perform a specific action. I'd like the tool to have the following features:

1. Ability to use proxies.
2. Automatic account switching.
3. Log output.

I'm curious about how to develop such a tool and which programming language would be suitable for this task. Any advice or suggestions would be appreciated.
