Hello I Need Your Help please

i accidentally did a quick format on one of my hard drive and i lost my important photos
i bought Stellar Phoenix Data Recovery Professional but i still didn't get my photos back.
anyone of you has any advice for a better program ?

I have personally used getback ntfs on many occasions and its pretty good for such scenarios, if you have really overdone it and formatted the disk then used the disk too much after that by creating too much activity by read,writing and deleting, that will obviously decrease the chances of recovering files.
