What you need:
- Adblock Plus
- IDM

Process:

1. Open the link of the book, and view every page in zoom in.

2. Now, go to Adblock Plus -> Open Blockable items, apply the filter ".swf" (without quotes).

3. Select all links, and right click -> copy

4. Open IDM and go to Tasks -> Add batch download form clipboard

5. Check all, choose destination, press ok, and check "Start que processing", press ok

That's it. Wait for IDM to download every page. Just tested by me a few minutes ago.
