Twice a day at minimum, sometimes three times a day, but that's not that common too much brushing is unhealthy for your teeth

Twice a day is the only way to do it! Although I do know some people who only brush once a day, usually in the mornings.

About once a day but there are definitely days I don’t brush them because of pure boredom. Thank god genetics blessed me with a good smile
